Orthocare Medical Equipment

Been here a number of times. Never measured correctly. The stockings rolled and made deep marks in my legs.. Didn't like the quality either. Had to replace often. Or they didn't have my size.

Very friendly staff and great products! The staff is not only knowledgeable about their products, but they show genuine care for their customers. Why would you want to purchase DME anywhere else? No doubt that they deserve 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Make sure you read the fine print on your receipt...can't return ANYTHING even if its never been used...was told she couldn't possibly put the UNUSED and never UNWRAPPED item back on the shelf..."you should have read your receipt"...even if it was measured incorrectly by them... Buyer Beware !!!

Great products, great ortho staff. However, the office staff has no customer service skills and expect the consumer to do their job. Completely unprofessional. It is a shame they are only one of the few places where you can go for this type of service.
