The customer service at the Check-In desk was horrible. I had never felt like my services were unwanted before and my experience there was horrible. Staff see you, but won't acknowledge you.

I am having problems with the accounting department. They owe me money from an over payment since October. The over payment was paid in July of this year. It took from July til October to convince them an over payment had been made. One lie after another  was told to me why the check had not been sent. This is very unprofessional. I will not be using Ortho-Carolina again.
