I don’t know where to start with this company, but my review is solely based on the prosthetic “services” I was provided with. When it comes to the staff at the Charleston location Olivia at the from desk is a total sweetheart, Dan seems like a great experienced prosthetist who has a good hearth and work ethic, and that’s it. But you’re only as strong as the management team and can only do so much if not given all the right tools for success. I will start off by saying that Orthopedic motion deleted my first review off yelp. Wonder why, right?? I am am upper extremity amputee and have been given two arms by this company. The first was so poorly made that it’s 100% useless. They’ll blame it on the prosthetist from then, but hey they hired him! I feel like my insurance and myself were taken advantage of. The second arm started off with some great ideas, but unfortunately was poorly executed. The first arm although very poorly made took over 8 months for them to give to me, and the second arm took over 6 months for them to give to me. No amputee should have to wait so long for such basic arms. Neither of mine have any sockets that are out of the ordinary or are myo electric. As for “management” at this office it’s lazy, incompetent, and overall just garbage. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU’RE AN UPPER EXTRIMITY AMPUTEE! If you do I reccomend you do some research in Las Vegas. There’s other Co. that won’t take so long and don’t outsource everything as Orthopedic motion does. I could go on and on but it’s not worth my time anymore. Good Luck fellow amputees.
