Carmen Jones is excellent. She did a thorough and comprehensive review of knee replacement surgery and rehab. She answered all my questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable and I am comfortable with going forward with surgery!

I met Dr. Emily Geyen for the first time yesterday... and I was so impressed by her attentiveness, knowledge and ability to communicate, so I completely understood what's going on with my knee. Dr Nanson showed both great competence and care in my visit. He took time to listen to my concerns and hopes and provided me with clear information about my particular situation. Very well organized and well run organization despite going through a 'major' merger at the present. I have an eye for that as a former manager. They kept to the scheduled time and staffing was at the appropriate level to avoid the 'usual' long delays we endure at many medical facilities. That was a refreshing surprise. My PA, Carmen Jones, was exceedingly courteous and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions with enough detail to satisfy my curiosity about different aspects of my mechanical issues with my knees I was an engineer before retiring. In summary a clinic I feel good about and look forward to work with. Efficient and professional all around!

Best experience I have had with a surgery out of 20+ surgery’s. Orthopedics NW is the best. I have a new right shoulder and being an artist, I can’t tell you what a relief it is to be able to paint again. Dr. Puskas and Emily feel like family. I trust them. Just had my 6 month check up and high fived Dr. Puskas with my new shoulder. I’m painting up a storm of oil portraits again. I can’t express how happy I am with Dr. Puskas and Emily and the surgical team and staff. I have one more 6 month check up in October. I’ll be sad not to see every there. Love them all! My experience with Emily Geyen PA-C at ROC Orthopedics Tigard was extremely positive. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to communicate during my visit. I can’t speak highly enough about the care I received during my appointment.

I am beyond pleased with the work and product - my new right hip joint! Staff and docs were quick and sure all the way through. No nonsense, regarding PT and follow up. It was almost like having a job! At this point, almost 3 weeks after surgery, the pain is almost gone. This team is excellent!

Dr M. Wagner explained very well what was going on with my hip and what he proposed would be helpful to my situation. He listened carefully and answered all my questions and he fully explained the surgery process. I found the encounter very positive and I am quite confident Dr Wagner will be able to repair my hip!

Carmen was great! Very professional and informative. I was relieved to receive an injection for my hip pain at my initial consultation, as I was in a lot of pain. Very happy with the level of service!
