Very unprofessional. I live upstairs from this business and they routinely allow cars to tailgate and blast thumping music, and for throngs of people to take over and block the narrow sidewalk, long after the service. If you're looking for a dignified way to honor your loved one, this is not the place.

The worst funeral home I ever had to deal with, I was calling this place for hours due to a death and no one ever picked up, I had to wait until past 9am before someone picked up the phone

Poor service. No coffee or any thing to drink or eat. No parking space. Bathroom are downstairs which are not for elderly. No projectors for side pictures. Needs loving care.

My family has Been using Ortiz funeral home for years. Great service!
