The store is nice, but the service is even better. The merchandise is one thing, but the service is the separator. That's what will keep folks coming back for more. A big shout out to David. He got a shirt down off the wall for me. A+
Terrific service. I showed up with a suede shirt to ask if they had spare buttons because I was about to lose one and Danny took the shirt and sent it to a tailor that reinforced the buttons and got it back to me before my trip was over.
Excellent service and selection. I brought my Barbour jacket to Orvis to send in for rewaxing. They send in hundreds if not thousands of jackets a year and were able to provide a lot of information about the process. Even though I sent my jacket in around the holidays, it only took 4 weeks to get the jacket back. Thank you!
