I got all of the great meat I ordered except for the two pounds of stew meat. I tried to get it but to no avail. On my following visit I was given the two pounds of stew meat that wasn't in my first order. They are very nice people and a wonderful business.

Reasonable price.. Meat is frozen so its a plus taking over the road, an hour away from me so I can't complain at all

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BEEF HERE TO BE PROCESSED! We took a 1480 lb steer to have him killed, split and hung. We got back 2 halves that weighed 318 lb per side. 636lb! The carcas should have weighed in the 1000 lb range! We have the twin to this steer who is a free martin! DNA testing is $40 per sample! Worth the verification! Will post the results here and else where! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BEEF HERE TO BE PROCESSED! Their carcase tracking system is disfunctional at best!
