The guys at Osborne's are real honest guys. I was having trouble with the AC in my car and took it to an auto repair shop in Maryland but they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Still charged me $175 just for looking at my car. So I took my car to Osborne's for a 2nd opinion and they told me my AC just needed an extra electricity charge to get it going. Didn't charge me any money for their service or time. I'd highly recommend Osborne's if you're looking for some honest car diagnosis and great service. Osborne's is a great shop! My husband and I use them for all of our vehicle repairs and regular maintenance. Very knowledgeable mechanics with very reasonable prices. During my last vehicle inspection, the car failed when both brake lights failed to illuminate. I was very pleased with the service I received at this auto shop!! I have been in the area for less than a year and I didn’t know where to take my car to be serviced. I have a 2011 BMW, however I knew I DID NOT want to take it to the service center located in Wilmington. I decided to take my car to this auto shop instead. I can truly say I am very pleased with the service I received. The gentlemen working there were very kind and they do excellent work! Great customer service! Took my car in because someone noticed my back tire was wobbling. The guys at Osborne’s did a quick test drive and determined the wheel was bent. They then helped me find and order a replacement wheel and didn’t charge me anything until the wheel arrived and they installed it.Services: Wheel alignment
