I have been using OsteoStrong in Eden Prairie since they opened. I have seen increases in strength, but most noticeably, I no longer have the aching in my hips and back. I can now lift and carry my grandkids with no pain! Can’t put a price on that, but to say that it is “priceless!!” Thank you OsteoStrong!!
I joined Osteostrong Nov 2019 in order to improve my bone density since I suffer from osteoporosis. During this time my strength, balance, and posture have improved. I am excited to see the results of my next dexascan!

I so grateful to have this great facility so close to where I live and I love going in each week, knowing it is helping me keep my bones and body healthy! The "coaches" are all so great and knowledgeable, and really keep me motivated to do my best! It is a great part of my weekly ritual for better health! Thanks Julie and team!
