Offer is a licensed general contractor, home designer and the owner of OTM Designs & Remodeling Inc. He has always been a very creative person, and design and remodeling has always held a place in his heart. While working in the area’s high-end residential construction culture, he realized that a career as a General Contractor was his calling and went on to earned his California State License Board General Contractors License. Since then, he has spent over 28 years developing a reputation as a quality home designer and builder throughout the greater Los Angeles area. He has established relationships based on trust, service, and a track record of successful projects completed. Reguardless the type of remodel, clients are guaranteed to receive the same high level of service that has built his reputation for excellence.
