I called for a ride around 9:30a.m. && its going on twelve o'clock now and still no one has showed up. And now I'm late for work. Awesome service. 👍😡

First taxi place I called ever and the driver ripped me off, I called the place today because this incident happened the other night. I told them they could easily find the guy who did it if they just look in their records (I told them the from and to, and the time and day). Today’s Friday and they told me they’ll call again Monday, and if they actually call I’ll change my review. So yeah if you see this past 12-18-17, they let their employees overcharge you so they can make a few extra bucks, so laughable

Has great employees who try their absolute best to accommodate the needs of customers. However, many people have to wait an hour+ for a cab due to being understaffed and high call volumes for one driver to handle. As a former employee and customer, i definitely know the frustration of having to wait long periods of time for the cab with shaky info from dispatch. Drivers get overloaded and forget scheduled pickup times, dispatch gives the driver wrong client info and that puts the driver behind. It's a high stress job with most employees who give 110% to get about 60% credit for it.
