Whatever you do, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO BREAK WORKING PARTS OF YOUR CAR AND THEN TRY TO CHARGE YOU TO FIX THEM. I brought my Volvo in for repairs. The computer system was not operational. They diagnosed it as a water leak that caused certain wires to short out. All in the repairs were just shy of $4000. To person the repair, they removed and replaced the sunroof. Prior to them touching my car the sunroof was operational. When they got done with it, it wasn’t. Worst part they didn’t tell me that so I picked up my car. Two days later I tried to use my sunroof and wasn’t working. So I bring it back and they now want to charge me an additional $5k. Nuts

My go-to for ongoing car services for over 2 years now. One of the only places you can book in advance, drop in on time and get a ride to wherever. They are always packed so plan ahead. Service is professional and Courteous. They were able to quickly fix my broken side mirror that was hit the morning of a big roadtrip and saved the day!

Purchased a brand new car from Ourisman Volvo in Bethesda. A few months later we made an appointment to get the car serviced. Upon arrival at their service center they said that they would need the vehicle for 2 days. The car has 7k miles. I'm not quite sure why it takes two days to do an oil change, rotates tires, and top fluids. People at the service center were nice though.

We drove a few hours to purchase a Volvo XC40 Recharge from Guillermo and could not be happier with the service we received. Guillermo was extremely knowledgeable and is very low pressure. Laura, the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. Efficient and fun. Would absolutely recommend working with Guillermo and Laura and hope to do business with them again!

It was nice working with Sam and his managers entire buying process. I really appreciate general manager taking time on his day off Sunday to give me a call.. that was cool! If my tags are transfer correctly and the equity check is issue promptly, I would definitely say this was a perfect car buying experience.. still pending... I thank the entire team for a pleasant experience while I was at the dealership. Thank you and I love my VW.

I will preface this review by saying I did not purchase a car from here. However, I had a pleasant experience with a sales person who was helping me with looking at a vehicle. His name was Brian and he was very helpful and kind to me. He kept me updated with the status of the car and made sure it was going to be good to go for me. Although I did not purchase this car, I felt confident that the buying process would have been easy. Thanks Brian.

Please avoid at all costs. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from this establishment. They had the car I was searching for. I test drove it and noticed sort of a high pitched hum. I wanted the car but the sound was a concern. I brought it to the dealers attention Andre. He said he would get it fixed. A few days later he called and said it was fixed. I bought it the car and heard the humming on my way home. When I complained they told me to call their service center, I’ve left a few messages and no one has called me back. The dealership is aware of the situation. The inspection light also came on when I arrived home. The key fobs Barely work and i noticed there were dark orange spots on the car due to someone shinning the tires with oil. It’s not easy to remove the oil from the paint on the car. I’ve had the car for almost a week. I do not recommend this establishment.

Great experience with Kathy and the manager Kevin. They were very professional, understood my needs, and worked with me to get me to my monthly payment amount. Great selection of awesome cars. I would only change the time spent at the dealership however, you're going to spend at least 3 hours + at any dealership anyway. Finance portion was simple and was a great experience as well. I recommend Volvo Cars of Bethesda if you are looking for awesome cars with great features and which are also super safe! PS. They were also dog friendly :

I am very happy with Volvo Cars of Bethesa, they work very hard to provide excellent service. I appreciate the great care that the entire Team provides to me; and other customers. I am impressed with their getting you in and out of the service area. They will offer Lyft quickly and you are on your way. I am especially happy that Danny is back, he was my service adviser when I purchased my C S 90 in 2019. He recently returned in 2023. I am forever grateful for his return. He is simply the best! I had 2 very large issues with my vehicle this week. Danny worked tirelessly on both issues, the 2nd and most profound issue was my air conditioner. It was dead. Danny worked tirelessly for 3 days; putting me in and out of Lyfts, talking with my Volvo insurance company to ensure they paid for my new air conditioner. It took several days for all of the parts to arrive. In the meanwhile, Danny had set me up with Lyft drivers twice a day. I now have my vehicle back, from two major repairs in one. Know for sure Danny and the Team at Ourisman Volkswagon / Volvo are professional, and considerate. Visit this dealership if you are considering buying a Volvo or Volkswagen. Please make sure you purchase full coverage insurance. It is worth the cost. Finally, I live in Northwest, so naturally I appreciate that Volvo Cars of Bethesda Service Center is a short distance from the DC line. Alice Thompson Washington, DC.
