Outback Steakhouse

My server had 6 tables. Big mistake. Pecan salad was delicious. My hamburger was undercooked on 1/3 and soggy on the bottom bun. The Prime Rib was over 50 percent fat and was cooked medium rare. Sent back the strip steak twice for medium well. It's still medium, I didn't have the patience to send back again. Great taste though. I had to remind the waitress 4 times to get the cheesecake from the trio menu. Finally, I told the waitress we needed to leave. I actually got my ticket 8 minutes later. She brought me the cheesecake as we got up to leave. I did ask the owner about a meat thermometer for his meat cook. Seriously. It's not hard to cook steak. Please start. Unfortunately, I won't be back, even if it's Free. Oh, the hostess sat us at a booth that was visibly dirty, we moved on our own. Bad start, Bad finish. The waitress was pleasant but forgetful. She couldn't handle us sending back the meat to be cooked more. She kinda abandoned our table. She knew she had no tip coming. To her surprise, I gave her a $10 bill, but I recommend only 3 tables maximum for her. $66 for 2 people. Waisted money for a terrible experience with my son.

Tonight we had Dallas for our daughter’s birthday! He was very attentive and gave us the best service we’ve had in a long time. Very nice, checked on us numerous times, kept our drinks full and even told us when something would be an up charge which some don’t these days! We truly appreciated his service this evening and making our daughter’s birthday ending perfect with many singers! Thank you again Dallas! Keep up the good service! We see you!

Hostess was nice. The waitress needs training on how to serve guests. She wouldn’t bring the plates to each person but rather hand the hot plates to my elderly mother to hand around the table. The boomerang Rita was terrible - don’t order. There was not an ounce of tequila just bad tasting fruity flavors. The prime steak was good, just a bit on the super salty side. The blooming onion order was very sad looking, pick something else. We won’t be back.

Bartender, Lydia and manager, Sherri provided great service. The menu offers good price-value. And, the kitchen was rocket fast when I was there. Tip: give explicit direction to time the arrival of the entree AFTER the appetizer or it will all come out together.Food: 4/5

My bartender this afternoon was great, I think her name was Lydia but I may be mistaken. Regardless, she provided great service and my ribeye was cooked to perfection. I definitely recommend this Outback to anyone looking for great food and service.Food: 5/5

Our waiter Dallas was completely inattentive. Another waitress was more help to us. Our drinks came after the appetizer and our waiter didnt bring either. We asked for some napkins and a refill. When he came back he threw the napkins onto the table & walked off. We had to ask again for the refill. IFood: 5/5

Wendy was our amazing server tonight!! It is such a pleasure to have a waitress with personality and who connects to the customers. She was professional, funny and very service oriented. We will be back!Food: 5/5

We were greeted by Dee with a smiling face and warm welcome. She then seated us and informed us Wendy would be our server. Wendy was amazing and provided the best service we have had in a long time. She was very friendly and provided wonderful suggestions. We will definitely be coming back and hope to have Wendy as our server again.

Really enjoyed it here. Every section is very spaced out for covid so it's not crowded at all. Staff was so friendly from start to finish. The bone in prime rib was the best I've had at any outback. Perfectly juicy & big enough to feed 2 people. The baked sweet potato was so soft, not under or over cooked. The ribs fell right off the bones. Of course cant come here & not get the blooming onion! The cheesecake just melts at 1st bite. Soup wasn't watered down. Everything was just perfect. We were SO happy here! Gladly coming back & would recommend this location to anyone!
