From the moment we visited this store, Mike and his team were so helpful and friendly. We purchased our Amore Bay Hot tub from here in June and it was delivered in July. We absolutely love our hot tub! We also love how easy the maintenance is! We take our water samples into their store each week to get tested and they tell us exactly what to do so easy! They even came out to our home and gave us a tutorial on how to care for our hot tub right after it was delivered. If we had enough room for a pool, we'd get that next. We love our hot tub. Purchasing our first hut tub has been such a great experience for us. Cameron was the first person we had the pleasure of dealing with and he provided the best experience at the store. Very knowledgeable and fantastic customer service. Shay has been so patient as my husband bombards her with a million questions-again fantastic customer service. Sarena came to our house after delivery and explained all we needed to know. She was so friendly and personable, explained everything so well-another fantastic display of customer service. Lastly, we had a question and called the store and Mike provided more great customer service! Thank you for making this whole process and experience easy and enjoyable.

We are so pleased with our decision to have Outdoor Living install our pool. From design to completion, our pool experience was top notch. Tim and his team were incredibly communicative and great to work with. In addition, the service we’ve received since installation has been amazing. Our pool building experience with Outdoor Living was excellent from start to finish. Tim was very knowledgeable and quickly responded with a competitive price estimate and schedule. The construction crews were skilled and completed all work in accordance with the specifications. With all of the landscaping, concrete, and pool installation it was a complex project but well worth the time and cost. We are now working with the retail store for water testing and required chemicals. Everyone there is very helpful.

Outdoor Living was great to work with. Mike was incredibly patient as we changed our mind several times and the closing on our house was delayed for 3 months. Their delivery guys were knowledgeable and efficient and the electrician they recommended Jason Brown was superb. He explained how the hot tub operates in detail and I picked up a lot of information that will be helpful in the future. Serena then came out and gave us a thorough overview of the controls, chemicals and maintenance. Very happy all the way around with Outdoor Living.

We have had a great experience with Outdoor Living Pool & Spa on our hot tub purchase. We visited several places looking at hot tubs and we were very impressed with their store, knowledge and customer service from the start. They even let us and our two kids! get in a filled hot tub in the store to test it out before we bought it. They communicated well with order status, delivery, install/set up. Shea came out to our house to give us a demonstration on everything we needed to know about managing our hot tub. They have worked with us on ordering a different pool cover because the one that came with our hot tub opens the wrong direction for what we want. They were really helpful and kind about the cover miscommunication and that says a lot about a business. We highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! Everyone we’ve dealt with from Outdoor Living has been outstanding. Mike sold us with his knowledgeable and experienced but no-pressure approach. Delivery was a breeze, the electrician who hooked it up from their recommendation was awesome, and we feel educated but also supported esp as first-time hot tub owners. Really could not be a better experience!

Purchased our hot tub from here. They were honest and the service was excellent. Marshall was so confidant that he was offering us the best deal and best product he sent us to another dealer to compare. He was right, what he is selling us is by far the best product for the best price.

Mike and everyone at Outdoor Living Pool & Spa have been great to work with. We ordered our spa in September and just got it last week. The entire process has been smooth and easy for us. All the employees have been helpful and responsive with any questions we've had. We love our new spa and appreciate everyone's help! Great company to work with!

We have been shopping for a new hot tub in Lincoln and Omaha. After shopping at several place we stopped into Outdoor Living Pool and Spa. We were greeted by Cameron last Sunday. He took his time to show us nearly every spa in the store and answered all of my in depth questions. His customer service and knowledge satisfied us enough that we are having a spa delivered as early as this Thursday. Take the time to stop in and you won’t be disappointed.
