First of all, OTT has the friendliest service. You can tell they actually hear you and care about your needs. They're extremely accommodating and provide creative solutions and suggestions for the non-party planner me. They helped turn my mundane party into something of elegance and thoughtfulness. After using them I'll never go back to store-bought, plastic table cloths and the like. I used them for my daughter's 9th horse-themed birthday party. We used the shelves, the barrel bar HIGHLY SUGGESTED!, galvanized decor, wooden crates, table linens, sequin linen, eucalyptus garland, and chairs. Their delivery staff was timely and also very friendly. The process from beginning to end was seamless - they're obviously veterans in the industry. I appreciate this company and will use them again. Highly recommend!
