Overhead Door Company of Southwest Washington

I had my automatic garage door opener cables replaced by overhead door co. of Longview wa and 4 months or so later the cables went out of adjustment. I called overhead door and asked them to come out and adjust the door so it would close evenly and they adjusted it. 4 or so months later it is out of adjustment again . So again I called overhead door and they set up an appt to re-adjust and explained that I could not be on sight. The lady asked me if I could leave the door unlocked so the adjuster could get in and she said great. They never showed up and did not call so I could have a neighbor lock the door. When I called them back all I got from the lady that answered was arguments, attacks on my complaint and lies.

Very inefficient. I work for a company that uses them and it takes about a month just to get them to come out to look at a garage door. The charge is also quite hefty. PS. It is so surprising for me that there's no single business in the Longview/Kelso area that can fix a garage door in the matter of a day or two as you call. Is there really an unemployment problem in the area or lots of lazy people?
