So glad to be out - so old & broken - very unfriendly Don't trust any they say. Get it in writing

I would give it no star if possible. Rent is high. No one repairs anything. Lawn care is awful. Pitbull dogs on the streets. Vulgar Tennants swearing at people. Tennant's threatening you. What is this place????

I would give NO stars if possible. They will screw you over every chance possible. You don’t get a “loyal renter rate” they up your rent by hundreds everytime they ask you to resign. The location is the only good thing about this place but it is NOT worth it.

Do not pay anything in advance to these people. They say that you will have your money back in case you choose to pass on the apartment. Well, I chose to pass on the apartment and I did not get my 100 bucks back. Beware.

Filthy on moving in found previous residents' stuff . Air Conditioning either doesn't work or is woefully inadequate.
