At Owl Fitness, we are committed to providing you with hard-hitting and results-driven indoor and outdoor boot camps!
It doesn't matter if this is your first boot camp experience or if you’re a hardened-body veteran, we guarantee you a fitness experience unlike any other in the Atlanta area. We know that schedules are crazy and making time to work out doesn’t always fit in the calendar. That’s why we offer six classes a week – mornings and evenings – to accommodate even the most hectic of schedules.
During the one-hour class, our professionally trained instructor works with your fitness level to offer a non-intimidating range of exercises including: interval and strength training, free and body-weight resistance training, plyometrics, cardiovascular exercises and other intense explosive circuits thoughtfully crafted to help you achieve the body you want.
