Visiting from out of town, went to classes with my daughter and was treated so good! I felt welcomed into the community from the beginning. Work out was tough but they would encourage and I got through it. It was all new to me, but never felt stupid or judged. Great people!

Such an awesome gym! Honest and professional coaches that make you feel welcome and comfortable from the first day on. Love that it’s family friendly with child care. Great environment as well, very supportive community!
