This is the best Fair that I have ever been to. The food is great and plenty of it at every turn the exhibits are very entertaining and plenty of them. 
Usually the temperature is decent and the people are friendly.  Once you have stepped inside of the fairgrounds the magic comes to life with the smell of great food being served, the music from live bands and the carnival sounds of the rides which take you back to a simple place in time where you will always find your happy place. This is a must do when you come to Springfield MO.  Lady standing in front of one of the exhibits is a very nice person that was pleasant to converse with.

Great resource for the community. Lots of interesting events. Doesn’t seem quite up to date but then again, it is a fairground. Good job fairgrounds staff!

Very confusing place when you first go but they offer a lot of fun events. Got one coming up on the 2nd. :) Definitely going to go! And I got to meet the cast of KY3/KSPR!!!

Plenty of room to move around, even though the place is packed; LOTS of food and the pricey cocktails were TOTALLY worth it and had a good kick! LOVE Rock n Ribs!!!
