Worked with Don today and my husband was very pleased with his knowledge of a pool table. We never purchase anything on our first visit until TODAY! . Don took the time with us telling us about the different pool tables & felt and rails everything that I knew nothing of. My husband also had a ton of questions about different styles. Don answered every question that we asked. I can’t thank him enough on allowing us to make such a quick decision. We are so excited about adding this beautiful table into our home. The delivery and set up fees are so reasonable priced for the distance that they have to come. The lifetime warranty and everything else that they offer is unbelievable amazing. Don’t let just anyone sell you a pool table drive there and meet Don you won’t be disappointed! Vince and Michelle
Mike, Don and Glenn were awesome to work with... Mike was very helpful when choosing the spa and Don was great with scheduling and discussing the process and Glenn and his team were amazing on the delivery and set up! We are VERY pleased!
Their Cue selection is for more high end needs. Workers are great. Just wish they'd have more of a selection.
I was inquiring about a pool cue & joint protectors that they had in stock. Another seller had them cheaper & I wanted Ozone Billiards to price match it. I was going back & forth with Natalya via e-mail. I sent her the links that she requested as burden of proof. She didn't respond about moving forward until I reached out to her the next morning. The other seller miraculously raised their joint protector's price this very same day! Natalya wasn't going to honor the price match now! So, I explained that she didn't respond to my e-mail inquiring if we could make this transaction happen. Now, I wasn't motivated to purchase from them because the price of the joint protectors wasn't able to be price matched due to the other seller raising their price this very same day. So, Natalya decided to finally honor the price of the joint protectors that the other seller had the day before. I received an e-mail from Natalya stating to call Ozone Billiards if I was still interested in purchasing the pool cue & joint protectors. I replied back stating that they could call me if they really wanted to make the sale. About 10 minutes after I had sent this e-mail, I received a call from Ozone Billiards. A female on the phone maybe Natalya, but I'm not sure informed me that she was calling for me to make the puchase. I informed her that I wanted to make the purchase & I was put on hold for about 3 minutes because now they were checking to see if the pool cue was actually in stock. I couldn't wait any longer on hold & ended the phone call. I received an e-mail about 20 minutes later stating that the pool cue is out of stock & Ozone Billiards weren't expecting any additional ones until about 2 weeks. I replied by telling Natalya that this was very weird for the pool cue to now be out of stock since I'm trying to purchase it. Also, I informed her that I didn't expect Ozone Billiards to honor the price match in 2 weeks when they receive their new stock. Natalya was placing blame on me stating that I should've purchased the items the day before because the pool cue was still in stock. I replied by telling her her that I would've purchased had I received confirmation that the price match was being honored. Natalya replied by stating that she did send a confirmation e-mail. I informed her that she never did & she is just saying this to cover herself. Extremely poor customer service in this situation. I'm out of a pool cue & Ozone Billiards is out of a loyal customer
Great experience, I checked several places and did my homework until I found the perfect hot tub for my back porch. Sales ppl were educated and professional, delivery and installation was flawless !! Just need to schedule Chelsea for the post installation follow up visit, Ph/alkalinity/water temperature etc... any evening after work would be awesome !!
I went shopping for a pool table this weekend, and decided to stop by Ozone Recreation Kennesaw location. There was a floor model for sale that I was looking to purchase. The salesperson, Andrew was very helpful, and had me at the counter to complete the purchase. However, the manager, Chelsea, who changed the offer she originally gave the day before to make the sale waaaay more difficult than it had to be. She acted like she was doing me a favor when I am the one that is spending my money! She was very demeaning and displayed a very nonchalant attitude toward me, which just wasn’t going to fly! So I walked out and told her she can keep the table! How do the salesperson confirm and signs throughout the store display at a minimum 12 months same as cash financing, but it not available to me since I’m receiving free delivery, which was the offer to take the floor model with a chipped panel no money was taken off the price of the table. Not sure if this how things are done at this location. I thought all money was good. I sure do not want to play the race card, but her attitude and tone was just totally disrespectful. So, I will look else where to spend my hard earned money! I felt bad for Andrew because he worked hard for the sale. If he works on commission, blame your manager! No CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!
Awesome service theater chairs phenomenal and pool table soon.
Customer service is good in the store while they are making a sale. Once they get your money they forget about you. We got a hot tub and theater sofa from them. Ordered them in June. They gave us a delivery time of August. We got the sofa last week and hot tub today, September 30. We had to call for updates. The hot tub was delivered and there was no owners manual, the store had our po box as delivery, even though we gave them the physical address more than once. There have been no follow up calls to make sure we got our items delivered satisfactory, if we are happy with them or anything. I don't know if I want to do business with them again or refer them to anyone. With the amount of money you spend here for items you would think they would provide you with better service, updates and follow up after you receive your merchandise.
Very good service. The help are people friendly! And the prices are well below internet cost.
I ordered overnite NEXT DAY AIR got email confirmation this is the fourth time i ordered from them .got email confirmation FIVE DAYS later got the product called Oh "im sorry call the online center" I PAID $50.00 TO have @# delivered to get a runaround its okay we can blame ups or covid or ??,;: this will be the last place I will EVER SPEND a dime
