How DARE the ED spokewoman Miranda Barbot state that "PS 178 handled the matter properly"...!!!! "Properly" would have been to STOP bullying games like kicking kids in their privates IMMEDIATELY!! Not have teachers and children act like this is normal and acceptable behavior. IT IS NOT NORMAL. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Your staff allowed this behavior every day!!! Principal Joseph Henry, you and your staff need to be fired and put on trial for child endangerment!!

I am deeply horrified by the bullying incident that continuously occured at this school, involving 6yr old Timir being kicked in the groin repeatedly and how lightly this incident was taken. This child may have been permanently damaged both emotionally and physically. When we leave our children in the care of school administrators, we expect them to be safe and protected...not abused and ignored. Shame on everyone involved. Everyone who knew this child was being abused and treated this incident like it was the norm. I hope everyone involved will be held responsible so no other child will be subjected to such a horrific nightmare.

It’s disgusting you allow a child to be kicked in the balls until they urinate blood. Absolutely horrible principle and school staff. You all should be fired and never allowed to work in a school district or around children ever again.
