P2K Range

Went in today with my wife and did their $69.00 Indoor Range starter package. My wife and I have never been shooting prior so were a little nervous at first. As we walked in we were greeted and given a booklet to read and a test to take regarding the facilities and range rules. Once complete we were given an option of what two handguns we would like to shoot, one being a revolver and another being a semiautomatic. We were supplied with ammunition for both guns as well as hearing and eye protection and two targets. Prior to going into the range we were given a short but informative lesson on the two handguns going over use, loading and overall safety. After that we were off to use our new found knowledge in the range. Exciting would be an understatement for how we felt shooting for the first time. My wife and I had a great time and ended up purchasing more ammunition and another target. In a nutshell we found the facility clean and orderly, the staff amazingly helpful, an overall feeling of safely in everything that we did and never pressured. I would like to thank the staff for making our day amazing and memorable.

A very patient and accommodating group of employees here make it fun even if you have not shot guns recently. Will be back.

This place is ridiculous with their customer service. We called asking how long we need and they're like "oh you can come in anytime cz it doesn't take that long and we close at 9". Then we get there 30 min before they close and Riss tells us that they can't accommodate us anymore. She explained and yet with so much attitude. We told her we drove an hour and just needed about 10-15 min and she still gave us attitude arguing for THOSE 10 minutes that we could've have used to get started. The manager was not much of a help either as he offered for us to just come back anytime. That was not the purpose and it wasn't what we were bargaining for. We were already at their location and since nothing on their website states anything about a last call, we were hoping some accommodation could be given. But jeez, those people lacked empathy. We told him that if it's such a policy that there is a last call, then how come it's not listed on their FAQs. In fact, it says come anytime just like what the lady said on the phone to come anytime. They could've been more accommodating by allowing us to come by on the weekend because the manager admitted that the website should've been more communicative. But nothing, so we ended up driving for nothing. We know we're not their regular customers and we know nothing about guns, but instead of doing something or working with us for their staff and website's lack of complete info, they just tell us to come back as if we were just next door neighbors. An hour drive is NOT a joke.

Awesome Place wonderful instructions and clean although in the hallways going to shoot its very warm even with the fans blowing.
