We had our old fiberglass shower “cut out” and a new walk-in shower installed. Our installation crew were very respectful of our house and us, kept us informed on progress, easy to talk to, professional, cleaned up after themselves etc etc. The shower was finished in 2days and we love it…they did a beautiful job. Their employees were wonderful, from Heather coordinating our installation and being available for questions, to Joey,Lead with installment crew. We felt very comfortable with them in our home. My dad hired these guys to install a walk in shower, sales estimated single day install, took 3 days to get the job done. Guys showed up 2 hours late and didn't call ahead, local plumbers had to sit around waiting for them. Used drop cloths the first day but not the following 2 days, left the bathroom door open while cutting drywall so the entire house was dusty. Pulled nails, cigarette butts and bird of glass left in the driveway, didn't sweep up the drywall chucks lefts on the sidewalk or driveway and forgot a 50 gallon bag of trash. Had to scrape silicone and caulk off the countertop that they missed. Left multiple times to go get parts they forgot to bring with them. Built a stub wall for one end of the shower and put screws into LIVE ceiling heat and killed half the circuit, had to move the wall because they put it in the wrong spot and put more holes in the ceiling heat, didn't caulk all the seams the same way, didn't set the maximum temperature in the valve so max temperature from the shower was mid 90's until I took it apart to adjust it. Overall the Kohler insert looks great, these guys just didn't do a professional job putting it in.
