We have been dealing with a serious lack of parking and inaccessibility to our clients at our business in Mission Bay due to another tenant violating the parking and courtyard regulations. We have reported the challenge to Pacific Coast Management for over 6 months and they have done nothing to resolve the problem. In fact the problem continues to get worce. It is a sad state of affairs. We are at a loss of how to get through to them. I give one star for the support we have at our building with other rule abiding tenants.

Robin is such an awesome property manager. Every PM in the past has been a complete train wreck! She always gets back to us quickly if we ever need anything and keeps in touch to ensure we got everything we needed. Thank you pacific coast commercial!

Such a proficient and professional experience. My agent took the time to learn what I was really looking for and was able to find me the perfect spot to lease. I am so thankful and can't wait to work with PCC in the future.

Very poor management, service attitude is very poor. There is no role for the management company.
