Stephanie has provided insurance for us since 2008, and has always been superb. She and Joy explain things very well, and are always quick to communicate. They are very knowledgeable in their field and bring us peace of mind.

After talking to six or seven other insurance agencies who didn't want to try helping with my auto insurance needs, I finally came to Pacific Crest. From the first moment, Joy was friendly and extremely helpful. She went to work on my motorcycle policy and figured out how to get exactly what I needed. I had been experiencing a lot of stress due to insurance policies, but now that I've found this agency I am nothing but happy and relieved.
