After talking to six or seven other insurance agencies who didn't want to try helping with my auto insurance needs, I finally came to Pacific Crest. From the first moment, Joy was friendly and extremely helpful. She went to work on my motorcycle policy and figured out how to get exactly what I needed. I had been experiencing a lot of stress due to insurance policies, but now that I've found this agency I am nothing but happy and relieved.

The folks at Pacific Crest have been amazingly helpful in assisting my navigation of ACA regulations, and in acquiring affordable insurance that fits my needs. I always feel welcomed and valued when I visit their offices, and I highly recommend their services to anybody with insurance related needs.

Stephanie goes the extra mile to help. I have had a few Blue Cross issues and she has always been willing to track things down and get it all squared away. I highly recommend her and her services!
