Pacific expert Doors installed my garage door April 2016. They were very good and priced competitively. Whenever I have had a problem they were out within a few hours. I trust them. I schedule them to come out on a yearly basis to service my door, especially because it is a heavy wooden door. Addendum: On 1/21 I had a problem with the automatic locking system and they came out promptly to repair it. They wore masks and had on clean, neat embroidered shirts. Very professional. In addition to repairing the door they did an inspection. Thanks!!

One of our garage doors developed a crack on a weekend. I called Pacific Wednesday morning and Alex arrived by noon. We decided we needed to replace both doors one car and two car. Alex had all the info we needed and said installation timing would depend on materials availability. That afternoon the office called and said Alex would be out the next morning to do it. He arrived right on time and went to work. After the large door was in place we discovered damage on one of the panels. Alex got right on it and waited over an hour for delivery of a new panel, which he then installed. Great service, good pricing, and a friendly and competent installer. I highly recommend them.

I told them to replace the outdated tracks and install a new residential garage door with opener. The speed at which they finished it shocked me. I put off getting it done for so long because I thought it would be expensive, but it only cost about half of what I had anticipated. My kids no longer need keys to enter the house after school because of keyless access; they can just enter through the garage.
