This is the second time I've used Pacific eye and I'll never do it again! My lenses are glass and it takes 10 business days to get them back. Well, they skewed up the first time and I had to Waite almost a month to get them back. Thinking it was just a fluk, I used them again. Well, it wasn't! They told me the glasses didn't pass inspection, so now I have to Waite ANOTHER two weeks.....again! Won't use them again on a bet!!!
Dr. Pang and his staffs have been wonderful for our family. They assist me well with my need and very thorough in their examinations. It’s comforting to meet genuinely caring and helpful people. Thank you Doc !
