Pacific Harley-Davidson Boutique

The typical Harley-Davidson Boutique with shirts, jackets, and other apparel. They have a huge selection on shirts and there is a motorcycle in the store up on a huge table with the cash register. Pins, poker chips and other items are available as well.

Really great shirts and merchandise. Incredibly rude staff.

Staff was nice, my tank top wasn't too expensive for Harley brand! Only downside is that this store is super small. They still had a lot of choices just wish there were more!

Very nice and friendly lady helped us . Great conversation. Only downfalls were the most popular T-shirt was a heavy cotton instead of a blend and awesome Hawaiian shirt they had but didn’t have my size . All smalls and mediums . I would have purchased . Otherwise a very pleasant experience

They have great customer service in here, my son wanted a leather jacket and is very fussy, the sales assistant was very helpful in letting me take photos of the various jackets to send to my son, I would recommend this shop for any Harley souvenirs

Visited on 5/7/19 at 3:30 PM. From the moment my husband and I walked into the store the clerk was rude and we seemed like a bother to her. When I could not find the price on the tag on the top, she seemed irritated and yelled, “It’s right here”. Then as I was talking to my husband about the top being too wide, she said , That’s true to fit , meaning once it shrinks. And I replied, “Oh wow, I didn’t think that polyester would shrink” and her reply with an irritated tone, was” well yeah that’s how it works”. I tried on a few things and folded them nicely when I put them back. Then as we were at the register, I decided to put one item back. I started walking over to the shelf to put it back, and she ripped it from me and said, “I’ll do it, I have to re-fold then all now anyway ! “. Then I turned to my husband and said. Well perhaps we should just leave and then Her attitude turned around. I do not appreciate being treated so rude. Especially when we spent a great deal of money there. I am just visiting Hawaii but if I lived here I would never shop there again.

Nice little Harley store went with my son daughter-in-law and his friend while we were there had to buy my Pearl Harbor Harley shirt at that store as they no longer have a Harley shop at Pearl Harbor that’s a little disappointing

Decent selection of clothing. Little boy was rude and sparky. Didn't want anyone touching anything in the store.

Didn't have all sizes available, and at Royal Hawaiian store, was asked to leave because it was5 minutes till closing, int'l marketplace store was not open posted hours

The owner was fun and taught us a few Hawaiian phrases to use while visiting. Oh yeah, I also bought a Harley shirt.
