This was my first big furniture purchase from pacific home. The staff was extremely nice and helped me design my new bedroom, I just moved to Hawaii from California and this is the best quality furniture I have found so far! Really beautiful and unique. Delivery team was great!!

We could not have had better customer service anywhere else.  The attention that was given to us by Elise and Eden made us feel like we were special. Also the look and quality of their furniture is in a class of its own.

Went to this store looking for items for our beach rental. Found 2 “pouf” seats we liked, listed at $188 after their 20% store wide discount. I offered the saleswoman $300 for both and was told “no”. Fair enough, so we left. I then got on wayfair and found the exact chairs same company, style, and dimensions listed for $102 each.

Glad to know they didn't want my business after going into the store, talking to a sales person, then waiting a month and hearing noyhing from their staff. Easy way to not get business, not caring.

Shopped for furniture at Pacific Home and had a good experience.  Lindsay did a nice job and when she went on maternity leave, Katrina picked up and helped us out.  Their delivery people are also very good.
