I'm so pleased to able to compliment the office staff as well as maintenance. The office staff is pleasant, helpful and have GREAT! Customer Service etiquette. It feels bso good to go into your Property Management office and know you're going to come out satisfied and pleased with the results. I have lived here for almost 3 years and the property has gotten a lot better if you ask me. It looks like all the pools will be open in 2023!! The office staff is always welcoming and Alyssa has always helped us with our concerns. Thank you Sandpiper Staff and jeep up the good work!!!

I recently moved to Las Vegas and was in need of affordable apartments. Sandpiper was the perfect solution! The units are spacious and well-appointed, and the property is always kept clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Carly and Gretchen, are always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is quick to respond

I am not sure why these apartments have so many bad reviews. I have lived here for over two years and I have enjoyed my time here very much. The amenities are much better compared to a few other apartments in the area and the location is pretty solid.

Terrible place to live. Constant 12+ hour water shut offs, security is useless and nowhere to be found, loud neighbors, children running around unsupervised leaving trash everywhere, banging on doors, and harassing other tenants. Maintenance work orders never get worked on, every major appliance broke down at least once. My partner was off of work for 3 days and got her car tagged for towing because it hadn't moved. Office workers don't care about you, just your money. Pools never opened, landscaping non existent, tennis courts shut down despite children cutting a hole in the fence and using it as their personal playground. Sell the property if you don't care.

I absolutely love living at Sandpiper Apartments! The location is perfect, with easy access to all of the best restaurants, shops, and entertainment that Las Vegas has to offer. The property itself is well-maintained and always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful

Update my truck was stolen again this morning on 9/20/22. So if you value anything don't move here I moved here in November 2020 since living here my truck was in a hit and run in my parking spot. And yesterday my truck was stolen out of my parking spot. The office does not care it's my problem. We have never been late on our rent we don't make noise or destroy their property but they are like whatever. We also lived 6 months with no stove. They advertise 3 sparkling pools it's over a hundred degrees no pool not one. There is trash everywhere. The new owner that took over this place has let it come to this.
