Although the actual paint job was fine, I'm giving a two star review because of my overall experience with the company. They say they want your pain project to be "zen" but mine was not. Communication at first was great until I signed the contract. There is a one hour window for the team to arrive. The first day they were 20 minutes late and I was not notified about the delay. I expressed my frustration and asked to be kept informed of their arrival time as much as possible. The next day the arrived at the very end of the arrival window so on time but did not give me any updates as I had asked. The biggest reason I'm giving two stars is the clean up was unacceptable. There were paint chips all over different parts of the floor and on my sofa and other furniture. My black dresser now has white pain spatter all over it since they did not cover it when painting. I know they did cover other pieces of furniture so I'm not sure why this was overlooked. I've had lots of work done over time at my house and this was the worst clean up job I've seen. I complained to my project manager and his response was, we strive for a "zen" experience, sorry yours wasn't. Overall, not really impressed with this company and next time I need a paint job, I will be going elsewhere.
