Tasty food, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere!
Staff was boozing during our meal Waitress has 0 knowledge of the menu Waitress has 0 knowledge of Jewish customs Great food all I can say
I attended a bris at this restaurant. The food was good and the waitress was really nice.
If you’re looking for a Kosher, sit down, kid friendly meal, this is the place to go. They also do bar-mitzvahs, weddings, bdays she cater.
Fantastic kosher restaurant that also caters! They provided food for an event of about 140 people and everything was simply phenomenal - the quality, the quantity, the service, the communication leading up to the event, and the price. Strongly, strongly recommend to anyone looking for excellent kosher food!
The place is a scam. The food is mediocre at best. However, they pray on older people and those without the knowledge of how the real kosher food should taste like. They overcharge without a doubt, and the waitress Mariska is a pathological lier who will lie to make sure she doesn't do her job properly or to make an extra buck, which has most likely to do with how the owner runs the place. Feel free to check for yourself...
Horrible ambiance, looked like a funeral home. The music was not only too loud but bad and distracting. The Smell of cigarettes permeated the restaurant the whole time we were there. We waited about an HOUR AND 45 MINUTES for our food. Not only that, but we didn’t get any bread or anything on the table until about an hour in, after which one of the members of our party asked for something. The waitresses brought us a platter of pickles and some scraps of turkey free of charge to make up for the long wait. Each of those items tasted abysmal, I guess you could say that the free food was worth every penny! I ordered the “slow cooked brisket” but what I got instead was thinly sliced, frozen tasting beef covered in something that tasted vaguely like vegetable soup. I never review restaurants online but I felt I had to this time because my experience was just that bad. This place is disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.
The $90 menu was not worth its money, in my opinion it should had been more like some other restaurant's $65 Sunday menus. Appearance of the restaurant was clean and great. Service and waiters was great and very professionally friendly. Music and entertainment was excellent. The two things I did not like having kids under 12 in my family that I was charged the same price for them as adults . And that I read in the $90 menu was not looking $90 worth on the table.
I actually liked the food, but when we took my father-in-law for his 70th birthday, there was another group there that were very drunk. The drunks came over to our table, and when we told the staff, they ignored us. The drunks then went to the stage and blared extremely loud music which made my infant daughter cry. When we told the owner, he chased us out of the restaurant. I guess if you are a sot who enjoys a club like atmosphere when dining, this is the place for you, but keep your family away.
I just called Palace Royal restaurant to order cake Napaleon kosher/parve for my birthday. We needed cake for 8/10 people. The person on the phone I think it was the owner/chef was extremely rude. He told me it would cost $70 for a small cake for 8 people??!!! I said that it's a bit pricey for a small cake. The person on the phone said that I didn't understand what I was talking about and hung up on me. This price is outrageous and the customer service is horrible. He could have explain the reasoning for this price. You cannot treat customers this way and expect good busines. I'm not ordering from this place ever again and don't recommend this place!!! Disgusting!!!
