Cute and clean environment. I have the spray tan membership. They do have quite a bit of upselling to your membership. Upgrading to the better spray tan machine is $10. Scents, bronzers and other additives are all between $5 and $9.

The staff are so amazing! I met both the manager and assistant manager today and they were so knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to be around. Adam and Ashley, keep up the hard work! I'd give you two 6 out of 5 stars if I could!

I had an amazing experience here and I'm so happy with the customer service that they provide at this location, it's not the closest one to my house and I had to attend a different one where the customer service was not as good. I advise not to use the Eastern location. The manager Jessica was really rude however Adam here is fantastic and has really demonstrated that he cares about his customers and values your business. I also love that Adam is really knowledgeable about tanning

I love this place, always clean and fast service. Everyone is always really nice and kind. Adam is my favorite he is such a nice person and very professional ALWAYS! He makes me feel welcome and comfortable. Palm Beach don’t ever let him go he is one of your best assets at Palm Beach tan. Thank You ADAM!!

Signed up 2 days ago, the staff was very knowledgeable and polite. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of all the rooms. All the staff were very upbeat and seemed to really enjoy their job! I look forward to tanning here after years of bad service at a different tanning Establishment.

PICS INCLUDED: Picture in car is right after my visit Picture in bathroom is 2 days after I got my first spray tan here a few days ago and I honestly can’t believe I’m still glowing and tan! I was sure I would have washed it off by now or the majority of it would be maybe lighter or maybe starting to peel or fade in patches literally never have had a spray tan so all the concerns here. I was worried when I first got out that maybe where I didn’t stick my big butt out that the line would be noticeable but it blended and faded in within the day and I honestly just didn’t think to stick it out soon enough but Adam, the spa manager, explained everything to me and gave me great tips especially as a first timer to get my best results. I literally walked out of the room with my jaw still in awe dropped like “I LOVE IT!” The location is a bit further of a drive for me but I will for sure come back to this specific location just because the care and assistance while I learned and decided what I wanted was just amazing and so patient and he was able to take care of his regulars as they walked in while still assisting me! He helped pick an amazing shade for me and bonus! They have awesome lip plumping products and more to keep you looking fab!!

I drove 40mins out of my way to come to this locationwest Charleston because the one 5 mins from my house really turned me off. The district managerI think Jessica has really went out of her way to make up for the horrible experience I received from the north rainbow location by the manager who worked there. The ladies at this location were very nice and I plan on going back later today

Love going in and seeing Kayle, she is always friendly and helpfull ha some of the best customer service around. The place is always clean and there is never a long wait. sometimes bulbs burned out is an issue but they get them fixed in a timely fashion.

I love the time of the day where I get to come in and tan here. Its amazing service every time I come in! They always get me in quick and the bed is always spotless and clean! They treat me like more than just a customer of there's and I will continue to come back!
