Palm Beach Tan

Came by for the free tan week. The district manager was there and was very pleasant and friendly. Thoroughly explained in detail each bed and everything they offered. Got the sales pitch to sign up of course, but not too pushy even though I will likely end up signing up for a membership. Very clean salon and like that they provide goggles.

I was having a rough day, went in about 20 minutes before closing, I wasn’t sure if I could tan but I really wanted to. Ally was a real sweetheart. She explained all of the options to me. She also was very patient and pleasant as well. I didn’t feel rushed. I’ll tell you I’ve been Regional Manager for L’Oreal, Lancôme, and PUR so I know great customer service. She gets 6 stars. She explained the beds to me, and even though I’ve got tons of pricy bronzing products, I really wanted to buy one from her! So I did. Thanks for everything, I’ll see you guys in Prairieville often.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The facility was clean. Overall best experience I've had at a tanning salon!

AWFUL experience. BEWARE! Take your hard earned money to another tanning salon! I have never met such rude, disrespectful and ignorant business people in my life. I hope their lack of decency eventually closes their doors. They do not deserve to be serving the public because all they're doing is lining their own pockets. GREEDY!

Staff is very friendly and were eager to explain everything for a first timer like myself.
