been going here forever - experienced different management. always have had good experience. owner/manager is always pleasant. staff are pleasant. I mainly do the spray tans using Versa. Almost never a wait.

I love this place for tanning I have been going there for a little over a year now and I have been at other places and this is the best for me .

Great customer service. They do offer upsells but dont annoy you. I hate when places make you feel uncomfortable for not purchasing extras. The girl made a few suggestions but I declined at this time and it was not a problem. Thank you

I went in to sign up for a membership and I've never felt more welcome in a tanning salon. The staff were extremely friendly and really helpful with explaining all of the packages and different types of booths. The girl who helped me, Hannah I believe, was the sweetest and seemed genuinely happy to help.

This is my favorite PBT location. Brock is delightful. He always makes me feel like a VIP. And the rest of the staff that I have encountered are wonderful; they are friendly, professional, and provide exceptional customer service.
