Great place. Great crowd. Food takes a while but its good. Great atmosphere. I love Happy Hour on Friday. I just wish they would actually have some bud light lime

Palm Gardens is a mature adult club in the JANAF section of Norfolk. They have a nice atmosphere, and a decent size dance floor. The servers are cool, and the DJ is good. I love how cold their ale is, and the food is good.

The atmosphere is very nice, the lighting is on point, great music and the crowd is always in good vibes. The women are fine, not all of them, and the drinks are not watered down. I'm sure you, your coworkers, friends, family, and significant others will have a good time, if you're interested in having a great time.

It's a really small bar and restaurant with a cute atmosphere. Good music. On the good nights, it can basically become standing room only. On other nights there's hardly anyone in the place. Hit or miss, really. The food is decent. Drinks are a little overpriced.

Loved that place, before Corona.I Never left on a Fri or Sat nite without a dinner plate ! Hope DJ's and late wknds nites, come back soon ! Where else can us Yankees get a great time in VA !

I had my 40th bday here. I did my entire process on line. Mr. Oz set my things up he was very informative on the things the club offeres. He responed to all my emails & he even called to make sure in was satisfied & if i had an questions. The atmosphere was nice grown n sexy. The food was awesome!! They kept my food on burners during the party which was great. Somebodies grandma is in that kitchen because thats food was da bomb. The DJ was on point with smooth mixes. I danced all night. Our waiter was great also. She was respectfuly attentive and was very polite. I loved the live radio broadcast. We will be returning soon.

I absolutely love this place! Ray made planning my fiance' birthday a walk in the park. Rob's cooking is out of this world! I stopped in on my lunch break to finalize my fiance's birthday party and Rob cam out of nowhere with this WONDERFUL meal. Between Ray's professionalism, good conversation and mannerisms and Rob's warm smile, professionalism and cooking me an unexpected, hot, lunch, I was smiling from ear to ear! PLEASE have your next mature adult crowd party at PALM GARDENS! I highly recommend it!

Great for live music... but get there early because the seating toward the back is set up in a for banquet hall style, no lighting and partially blocked by the VIP area. In addition, waitresses did not patrol toward that back area, which had a kiddy table on Thanksgiving day feel sit back here, listen to the adult table convo in the next room and leave the adults alone. The bartenders are courteous and thorough. They would do well to place bar chairs at the bar to establish who is sitting versus who is just standing there out of convenience. It may make it easier for patrons to purchase items, if they know where to approach.

Went to listen to the music of Ra Jazz. They of course were excellent however the wait service was HORRIBLE!!! It took at least 45 minutes from the time of placing food order until it was brought out and then I was told the baked potato I ordered was not available. The catfish was delicious; I can't say the same for the collard greens or the cabbage. Mushy and overcooked. I ordered a vodka with pineapple and cranberry juice. I was served vodka on the rocks. I had to request the juice mixture again. I'm game to try the venue again. The band and vocals are worthy of a repeat visit.

People dont dance enough for me here. Food usually is okay but this time I ordered wings Old Bay. I couldn't eat them because they had TOO MUCH seasoning on them I I threw them away. Drinks were on point. Sad to say...this is my last resort spot to have a good time. Smh
