Today I closed on my first home with the help of Zebedee Zeb Freeman from PalmerHouse. When I tell you I was in such good hands from start to finish, I am not lying. We saw 6 to 8 houses a day on some days but he was with me every step of the way. He made sure that I got what I wanted and he would not let me settle and thank God he didn't because now I have a home to call my own. After weeks of looking and being outbid, who would have thought the very last house would be THE HOUSE that would be my home. There are not enough words to describe the gratitude I feel for Zeb. He is a knowledgeable professional who knows exactly what he's doing and I am so glad that he was there with me on this journey. I'M A HOMEOWNER and I thank you Zeb for being not only a realtor but a supportive partner during this whole process. You're simply the best.
I recently bought my first home and Sandy Monett of PalmerHouse Properties was my Realtor. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Sandy has several years in the industry as well as vast business and administrative experience. She worked closely with me over a period of three months, assisting me every step of the way with home selections, educating me about the financial implications, and explaining the different strategies for making an offer in a competitive buyer’s market. I have a very difficult work schedule and Sandy worked tirelessly to schedule viewings when it was convenient for me. She listened carefully to my specific criteria, and only showed me those homes that matched my criteria. When I made an offer on a home, she encouraged me to get an inspector immediately, and also guided me through the inspection process, making sure I understood the repairs needed and the costs involved. There was a short timeline from binding contract to closing, and Sandy was on top of the ball at all times. Additionally, she advocated for my best interests every step of the way. You couldn’t ask for anyone better to represent you when buying a home. Sandy is very trustworthy and hard working. I knew I could depend on her through this entire process. She will definitely be my realtor in the future!
I was the buyer and Meredith Buckland represented the sellers. She was knowledgeable about the neighborhood and very responsive to all my queries. There was a permit situation with the house, she was quick to respond to all buyer queries and also got the county records updated in no time, as a buyer I was astounded. In my brief interaction, I saw her going above and beyond to protect her clients interests. She is the BEST!
Fantastic sells people from buying your home to commercial locations. I understand from my Realtor that no one can beat their pay splits. He's a part-time agent so makes flat fees of. Thank you for making my experience the best.
I recently had an outstanding selling experience with Sandy Monett. I was located remotely, and Sandy jumped in at every opportunity to make the selling experience smooth, from communicating with contractors who needed access to the unit, to starting to attend every showing herself, as a measure of understanding the current market. Her recommendations were always on point, such as with encouraging me to stage the unit, as well as listing it on a special site for investment properties. Sandy put in the work, and I was thrilled with the results. It was not an easy time to sell, and I don't think that anyone could have done it better. Thanks, Sandy!
We recently sold our home and the buyer's agent, Sandy Monett, with PalmerHouse Properties was one of the worst agents we have ever worked with. She bullied our agent and lied to get what she wanted. She treated my family as if we were beneath her; inconveniencing us at every step. She refused to listen to professionals throughout the entire process, even though she had absolutely no knowledge on the subject. She harassed our contractors, calling them multiple times to ask the same questions. She asked our real estate agent, who we happen to be related to, "Can't their baby just nap at your house?" We were refused 2-3 extra hours to finish packing our shed and back yard belongings, even though we asked days in advance and the new home owner wasn't moving in for weeks. She and her client were petty, selfish and entitled, acting like they were doing us a favor buying our house. Sandy stated many times, "We are paying a lot for this house," and I had to continue to tell her that "they" are paying market value for this house as it appraised for at least the asking price, possibly more. I contacted her broker before writing this review but haven't even received a call back. I could write a novel about Sandy's unprofessionalism and disregard for my family but I won't. I just want to make sure that people know what they're getting into when they work with Sandy Monett.
My experience was horrible from the beginning. MIKELL ROZIER was my realtor. The first thing was he showed us the wrong house from the beginning. We put $5000.00 in earnest money down for a VA lone on November 21st right before Thanksgiving. We didn’t close on our house until August 31st. During the process my realtor hadn’t been to our house since the beginning of building our home. He knew nothing of what was going on in the process of them building of the home. He never new clear information from the builder. I would ask questions he couldn’t answer. So as I go through the lender he suggested which was benchmark the wanted us to come to closing with $7.000.00 more which I found out it was to cover Mikell’s realtor money. I changed lenders during the time frame. Gateway became my new lender. As I find out that they are better for the buyer for VA funding. Mikell desides to go behind my back and ask the lender for another one percent of the house for his pockets instead of taking care of the buyer which was me and my family. My land lord was trying to put us out and I was thinking he was helping my family when he was trying to only take care of his. Snake in the grass. He doesn’t go the extra mile for clients and is a compulsive liar. I do my homework to see if your lying and caught him in so many. If your gonna go through Palmer house as a realtor ensure you put in a get fired clause if you don’t feel good with your realtor. I would not suggest you go through MIKELL ROZIER.
I tried to work with an agent by the name of Hector Pineyro in Atlanta. Extremely unprofessional. Referred to me as “player” and “playboy” and hung up in my face when something didn’t go the way he wanted on a deal we were working together. Childish experience.
Sandy Monett is an excellent person to work with. She helped me and my wife quickly find an ideal home. Since then, we've recommended her to friends and family. She already helped two others with difficult transactions, providing comfort and confidence. They were impressed and grateful to her. And we recommended her to another friend, who went a different direction and seemingly encountered a host of difficulties that I suspect Sandy would have nipped in the bud.
My agent, Sandy Monett, was amazing. I was a first-time home buyer and Sandy made they whole process simple and stress-free. She quickly narrowed the home hunting scope based on my taste and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to purchase my home at a fair price. I was so grateful to have Sandy and her amazing fact-based approach working on my behalf and I recommend Sandy for any home buyer!
