Justin is professional, courteous, shares his knowledge, and really knows how to clean floors. We just moved into a home where the previous owners had pets and had him professionally clean the carpets. The carpets look brand new and smell fresh!
Justin was a very professional with his way to explain what he could do to clean stains from pets. It has now been a month or better and our cream colored carpet still looks clean and refreshed as it justin has assured it would! With his professionalism and courtesy way of doing business WE WILL use palmettos services again. Also need to mention that he worked us in on this day because I was adamant about getting our carpets clean the same day I called. Thanks again !
Called for just one room carpet cleaning. Asked about pricing of large sectional, great price so got that as well. Justin took his time and did an awesome job!! He will definitely be our carpet/upholstery person from now on! My sectional looks brand new again and my daughters carpet, which I thought was ruined looks fantastic! Give him a try, you will not be disappointed!
Justin did a great job! He cleaned our carpet, tile and grout. He was able to get a large chocolate milk stain out of my daughter’s carpet in her room and he was able to remove and neutralize some pet stains! It all looks great! I definitely recommend Palmetto stone and carpet cleaning!
