Panda Chinese Restaurant

The food is decent but every time I order I find that its not worth it. I haven't ordered in a very long time. The delivery guy is rude and I always feel like I wasted my money. The cheese wontons have been messed up for years I am not sure what they're doing, but they're not going it right. But does this look like a cheese wonton??? There's no filling and it's flat. Please fix it because I love cheese wontons!!!

I’m only giving 3 stars in regards to the customer service for the delivery guy. It is extremely frustrating whenever he delivers to Rutgers university and gets upset at the tip amount he receives from the residents. I’ve heard complaints but not I’ve dealt with this numerous times. I even complained to the owner and he said “everyone works differently.” So today I ordered and really rather walk up the street but I was lazy. My food was about $20 and I gave him $1 tip because he’s always so rude about it. He legit said “that’s it?? Your food is $20 so $2 wouldn’t hurt!!!” He rolled his eyes and before swiping my card he kept saying so no $2? At this point I was quiet and extremely upset because I shouldn’t be forced to tip anyone who’s rude!

Food was alright. Delivery guy came through the rain on a bike and seemed alright. The napkins were from Planet Fitness though which makes me question a lot more things.

Didn't like it! The rice tasted old and the food was over priced.
