The food was good as always the reason for only 2 stars was due to the condition of the restaurant the place was filthy when we walked in. There was food all over the floor and most tables hadn't been cleaned. This could be due to a rush but the management should know better then to have two employees sitting at one of the only clean tables enjoying their lunch. Cleanliness should come before breaks especially when they had people unable to sit down. Also the employees didn't seem to happy to be at work. An it's annoying when I have to ask for a fortune cookie an soy sauce. Those should be a given in a place like this.

I usually never give bad reviews anywhere. I've worked in food service for almost a decade and know the struggles of working in a fast food environment. But this place has perpetually skimped on every dish I get. Like 2/3 of what you should get. I would get maybe 4 pieces of meat on average but a ton of the odds and ends of the batter that falls off of things like the Orange Chicken or SweetFire Chicken. If it was once or twice I wouldn't care but it's been that way for almost 5 years. I normally go to others that give me at least what I pay for. But sometimes I'm in this area and need to go to this one and I give them the benefit of the doubt. We have had to tell the management multiple times over the past few years when it's really bad but on average I just expect to be chinced here. Please remedy this. Please. I hate leaving bad reviews. Typically if we make a stink they'll begrudgingly give us a an extra scoop. They always give us enough starch like rice or chow mein but the meat servings are bad on average. I'll gladly change my review. I just hate to keep asking. I know there's a "standardized" amount of meat in a restaurant. But it wouldn't kill business to give people just 1 extra piece of meat and make them love you and have some waste to account for than have grim portions and have people not satisfied.

Good size portions. The cream cheese ragoons are really tasty. The large drink is huge. Paid $13 for 2 entrees, 3 ragoons and a large drink.

This place sucks! I will never eat at this location again... we ordered food and drinks, but our drinks tasted Nasty!! I asked for refund on our drinks and the Manager was being a f'n jerk about it, saying he is not allowed to do refunds... ha! I don't believe that...!

Disgusting, chewed up a candy wrapper attached to our Orange Chicken. Spit out and brought it up to Management's attention and instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem, the lame excuse of it's not packaging we use was given. Even more disgusting, upon closer examination of the plastic it was found to be a candy wrapper, mortified eating is going on over the food being prepared for the public. This is a health hazard and for management to treat the situation the way she did was repulsive. Will not be coming back to this location again.
