Panda Express

We just had the most wonderful experience at this Panda Express. The customer service was impeccable. They were cooking the beyond orange chicken so we had to wait and when they brought it out they gave us extra spring rolls for waiting. It was very thoughtful and much appreciated from some hungry college students.

I have been coming to this panda since they opened, getting kids meals every time. Tonight, in BOTH of my kids meals, they put 4 yes four peices of honey sesame chicken, which had 1 wrinkly green bean, and 1 yellow pepper in each. NEVER HAVE WE EVER GOTTEN SUCH A SMALL AMOUNT. I called, the gentleman was nice, told me to bring my receipt and he would replace it....so I did. The lady that helped me once I got back, was super rude. Finally the guy I spoke with came out and made it right. Unfortunately, the lady's attitude and quality of food, made me not want to go back. Unprofessional and incompetent. The way they prioritize orders is drive thru, in store orders, then online, then delivery. If you have an online order or delivery they won't start it until you get there and you have to let them know you are there or they won't start it, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Then on top of that if they run out of something because they let the drive thru and in store jump the line you then have to wait around for them to cook more food. Complete waste of time, you can go to the panda express in the clackamas town center, find parking, walk inside, stand in line 20 minutes than order and it's faster.

The staff working Christmas tonight were angels. They were really hustling but were still super kind, communicative, efficient and made us delicious, fresh meals. Thank you so much, guys.

To start they have the lobby closed, so the drive through was over 30 minute wait in line which is not getting smaller, then they say we are out of this or that.. we have waited this long whats it gonna hurt to wait for the food we wanted? Well that was another 40 minutes as they prioritized the drive through and not finishing the meals that have already ordered. Clackamas 82nd area never disappoints

Normally my brother and i go out to eat with mother at mongoose freighting, their competitor. Normal no longer, panda express is our only sustenance. I feel like a deep fried rat. This is because ive had a deep fried rat before elsewhere and we look similar. Starbucks on the other hand offers this as a beveeage yum. Ive never ordered this beverage, but mother frequently imbibes such things in the morning time and her skin is smooth and blemishless. Coincidance? I think not. Anyway my favorite yum yum is crab rangoon from panda express. They even include the claws! Im eating one as we speak and using the claw to type! When we go to panda express for lunch again, i will watch her gorge while my brother sips soy sauce with a straw. I despise them. Wonderful service! What a distraction! 10/10

Lobby is closed. Delivery drivers get stuck in line then I’m told that the address is for the mall. Well it wasn’t and I had to argue to get the food made. The manager ran off right when it got busy. This store needs some better management

I really love panda express ,but this day I was really looking forward to my meal. I ordered the bigger plate, which consists of half fried rice and chow main and my two other mains .I get home and open my plate to see that there is NO fried rice extremely disappointed.Food: 5/5

CHARITY NEVER FAILETH. WHEN OPENI G MY FIRSTMEAL WAS FREE DURING GRAND OPENING. STOPPED IN TO EAT FOOD WAS GREAT THE TWO OF US GOT ONE MEAL. SPLIT IT AND ONLY COST $10 WITH A DRINK. FABULOUS.Food: 5/5

Ordered 3 bowls, they charged me for bigger plate for all 3, they scam you, plus the got me the wrong stuff of what I wanted. I wanted to say something but it's useless talking to them since they don't understand English, a little frustrating when you over pay for something that was completely wrong...Food: 2/5
