Food was delicious every dish was excellent. We had a party of 9. The wait was over an hour. Well worth it. I recommend you make reservations before coming. My family enjoyed a beautiful evening. Waiter was on point.
Service was slow, but the server was swamped; doing the job of two people is difficult. The wok fried edamame had a good flavor but was greasy. The hot and sour soup was delicious! I would go back just for that. The fried rice was a little bland. The Phoenix chicken is a highly recommend. The sweet and sour pork was tasty as well. Everything was fresh and worth the wait. Just give yourself lots of time when going there. It will be a minute.
My husband and I decided to try this place out after reading some positive reviews. We went on a Wednesday night, we walked in and got seated right away. We ordered the pork pot stickers as starter, then the Honey walnut shrimp, Mongolian beef all entree plates include rice and vegetable Lo mein in regular size They have 2 serving sizes regular and family size . I gotta say the food was delicious and tasted freshly made. The regular size plate is enough for 2-3 ppl and prices range from $16-$49 per plate depending the size. Our server was Hector who was very friendly and helpful. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the drinks I order a Mai Thai which was probably one of the worst ones I’ve tasted in a while, I did send it back and our server Hector was very helpful and brought me another drink he thought I might like better I don’t remember the name of the drinkthe drink was just ok. In my opinion they’re drinks can be better. Overall I do recommend the place for the food and the friendly and fast service!
This is the perfect place to bring the family and share a meal. Food is delicious in great portions and the service was wonderful. I was impressed that what I had planned to order, the waiter was helpful telling us we really didn't need the larger portion on a few.
It is a nice restaurant, located near the I-10 Freeway, in Ontario, California. I have been here once, in middle of October, 2021. I have visited this establishment during my birthday week. It was in the middle of the week. Still, there was a wait line, to get seated. Nevertheless, I did not mind the wait. Since, I was seated after 10 minutes. The meal, that I have ordered was delicious. The cocktails, at the same time, were well made. Since quality of food and service was good, the prices were on the expensive side. Nevertheless, I do not regret spending my money, in this establishment. The next time, when I have disposable cash, I will return again.
A couple weeks ago I got to try Panda Inn in Pasadena with a few friends. We had a great time and tasted several menu items family style. We started with the minced vhicken with lettuce cups, a mix of chicken breast and toasted almond strips with oyster soy sauce and iceberg lettuce. These were actually really good. They were like Chinese protein tacos and very yummy. For our main courses we tried an array of dishes. My favorite was the Kon Pao San Yan with chicken breast, sliced beef, succulent shrimp, fresh ginger, green onions, red jalapenos and roasted peanuts stir-fried in spicy soy sauce. It had just the right amount of heat and peanuts. All the meats were cooked well too. The next best thing was the family style fresh ramen noodles tossed with parmesan cheese in an Asian garlic sauce with shrimp. These were a huge hit and a great accompaniment to the main dishes. I wish they had a little more garlic though. Some bites tasted just like noodles and butter. Now for the dishes that weren't as good in my opinion. Wanting to get a good sampling, we had the Ma Po Tofu in a spicy garlic sauce with diced water chestnuts drizzled with green onions. To me, the tofu had the consistency of mush. I asked my friend if that was normal and he said yes, so I guess I have a problem with textures. Besides being a gooey mush, the flavor of the sauce was decent. My least favorite dish was the sliced beef with snow peas, shiitake mushrooms, and bamboo shoots in an oyster sauce. Again, this might be my personal preference, but the sauce was not good at all. It made the beef slimy and inedible for me. I couldn't get past the taste or texture. I don't know if that's just the way it tastes, but I wouldn't order it again. We all shared and sat in a large dining room with a beautiful panda stained glass window. When you walk in you're immediately hit with the delicious smells coming from the kitchen. I'd definitely give it another try and taste even more new foods.
This was the first time I went to Panda Inn Restaurant and man o man it was awesome . The food was great and the portions are very good. My taste bud's were have a party . I really recommend this Restaurant. I recommend you make reservations because they only take a limited amount of people. They are not feeling the restaurant up and to me that was no problem . The place is very clean and are Host was very nice. They do have take out as well if you don't want to dine in. Check out the pictures of the food this was family size portions and it fed 6 of us with a lot of leftover . O yea they even have a . Sorry no pictures of my drinks I was hungry and thirsty .
Was too hungry to wait and it smelled delicious! Very tasty, fast service even when busy, very friendly and attentive staff! Highly recommend!
Location is hard to find but worth the trip. The restaurant itself is welcoming and clean on the inside. Very upscale. The food was delicious. I would compare it to restaurants I have eaten in China Town. I had the wonton soup and the wonton tasted fresh compared to other restaurants where the are usually frozen. Crab Rangoons where lightly breaded with plenty of cream cheese on the inside. For the entree we went the the waiter recommend Phoenix chicken and it did not disappoint. Lightly breaded with perfect cuts of chicken bresast. We also had the Lo Mein which was good and really appreciated the protein quality and portions.
Very beautiful restaurant.Food is amazing and our server was super nice and helpful I forgot his name.Good vibe
