Pandora at Westfield Trumbull

Sadly one of my stones fell off of one of my charms the one that keeps the other charms from moving. The sales person said it had been discontinued. Well, the choices were not as pretty and brilliant as what I originally had. I had to settle. Not to mention how small this place is.

My first purchase and attendee was super friendly & helpful! So much so I didn't even mind the line!

I went to this store and the employees did not treat me well and even made faces with their mouths at the other employee

It’s Black Friday, we are waiting in line for about 20, then the worker proceededs to take the people in the behind us instead. I’m big mad

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!... I go there to simply have a ring looked at due to a small stone falling off and they were no help at all! Basically said they could not do anything for me and that they would send it to they’re repair guy and IF THEY HAD AN EXTRA STONE THAT WOULD FIT THAT THEY COULD HOPEFULLY FIX IT!
