Great customer service. Selection isn't as large and limited to only what they have in stock. Otherwise was a pleasant experience.

Went here to purchase earrings for my 8 year old daughter. A week later she complained about pain on her ears. Took the earring out and it was black! I will never purchase anything from pandora again!
