I only shop once a year and it's only one place I go to and it's always the same excellent service. The employees at Pandora are some of the kindest most helpful and just fun people to work with I'm glad I'm Pandora's customer for the last 6 years my wife loves the product and I love the service thank you so much for everything guys.
I had probably one of the worst experiences shopping online with them. I ordered my item about a week ago and still haven’t received any updates or my package. It says it was delivered two days ago and haven’t been able to reach anyone. I wouldn’t recommend
I absolutely love pandora but one of the ladies here was extremely rude when I asked if they honered a military discount. She grabbed the ID out of my husband's hand & was refusing him saying it was not good. Excuse me, that was extremely uncalled for. The other gal that worked there noticed how rude she had treated us & continued to help us with our purchase. Thank you to the gal who continued to help us.
My husband and I went in looking to clean my bracelet, as well as infer about a nearly broken clasp that recently happened. The staff was very rude and unattentive,seemed very disinterested. The customer service was flat and I felt an off vibe, we felt unwelcomed and We both agreed we wouldn't come back to this location due to the lack of at least decent customer service. 0/10

Employee told me card transaction not went through, and pay again. It was over $200. I checked my bank remain and they double charged it. I asked cancel a transaction but employee said come back tomorrow because no one can help me. I was there at 7pm but the store was open until 9pm. How no one can help me? Be careful use your card this store and don't trust employees.
