Panera Bread

Service was bad at the drive thru, has been the last few times I've gone, but not as bad as this time. Didn't ask me how I wanted my coffee or my sandwich... Coffee was black and sandwich was wrong. I don't think I will be going back anytime soon.

Every time we go to Panera, we comment on how great the service is. The crew are always very friendly and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your meal. And the food is good, too, so that's always nice!

I've been a regular customer for years, and this place is really falling apart after my favorite employee Kyle left. He was the best!

No one at the register, we had to literally flag someone from the back to come take our order. They were completely out of all coffee. Mind you, there was no one else at all in the dining area. The woman that should of been up front helping us finally came and acted like she had no idea what she was doing. Our food came out at different times. Tables were not dirty but were very sticky. Almost like a weird sticky film on them. Gross. Too bad it's such a nice place with horrible service.

Ordered soup and a sandwich at the drive through. They were out of clam chowder unfortunately so we ordered the broccoli and cheddar. After a 20 minute wait we finally make it to the window to pay and get our order. As we pull away we find out we were given the wrong soup so I go back in to exchange it. After waiting 5+ minutes, with more people standing behind me waiting, someone finally makes it out of the back to the counter. I begin to tell him we were given the wrong soup, he gave me attitude back as if it was my fault and proceeded to tell me that they were out of it, I then told him they should have told us that at the window rather than trying to slip something else to us thinking it wouldn’t matter. They tried giving me something I didn’t order and when I called them on it they got defensive. No refund or exchange even offered and I didn’t ask for one because at that point it was best that I walked out without saying another word or it would have gotten ugly. I will never go back to this place again, the customer service is the worst of any restaurant I’ve ever been to here in Poky. The bbq chicken flatbread is awful btw.
