The problem with this place continues to be the service. I decided today to actually go in and place an order instead of on the app. It wasn't too crowded yet it took forever to get my order. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. This is how one was given to me. What you can't see is all the grease that was on top of the bread and the container. The eggs and the avocado were falling out. This isn't my first time ordering their new sandwich so I know how it's supposed to look. Then I had to also wait for a cold brew since the person making drinks thought it was more important to talk with his coworkers instead of making a drink that takes no more than 3 minutes. I don't know what to say about this place anymore. I'm just going to stick with the Timonium location or just order from the app. Mobile orders seem to be given priority.
We ordered two different meals for pick up one being a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon/steak and chicken noodle soup when we got home to check out the order my soup was literally 98 percent broth and 2 percent noodles and chicken and the grilled cheese sandwich did not come with the bacon. We called and the manager might have thought she was accommodating us but in reality just brushed us off. With a situation like this it would be best give the customer the option of remaking or refunding. She just said she’ll give us a refund and talk to the staff. I seen how she speaks to them in person which is probably why they’re burnt out and making orders wrong. With that said, we won’t be coming here again.
Placed an order online for pickup with my family yesterday. I ordered the Turkey bravo as I’m familiar with this sandwich. The sandwich I received was not appetizing or aesthetically pleasing.
Husband ordered rapid pickup for us and I later learned that he had a bad experience in the restaurant. He was assumed to be a delivery driver so when our food and drinks weren't ready and he waited near the shelf employees took a long time to come to him. His food had been sitting there the entire time next to delivery orders. He came home and our sandwiches also looked like they literally hadn't been pressed on a grill at all. I didn't realize until after I had picked through my sandwich because the bread was so dense. I was literally able to simply take the bread off, but of course after his in store experience he didn't want to return and I couldn't blame him. He works as a driver for the food delivery apps and has been here before and didn't like the treatment but this time their poor treatment of customers even transfered to us as paying patrons. This is the main reason we haven't been here in years after we used to be quite frequent regulars. We won't be patronizing this place again and will be sure to tell the people who ask our honest opinion to avoid this place especially for delivery or rapid pickup.
One of my favorite quick and delish lunch places! Even though there are many seasonal and new items on menu- I opted out for a True Classic: Turkey Bravo Sandwich - but I asked for Asiago bread- JUST delicious - wish I ordered extra pickles!
The workers should know all the ingredients that go in every dish I was told there was no cilantro in any of the bowls and there's cilantro lime rice on all of there's no other option. It is in the description on the menu. And the spicy take chicken sandwich was just an elevated attempt over McDonald's your chicken is not spicy you did not even cook it in any type of sauce you added sauce after the fact on top of the sandwich. If you're gonna call it a spicy chicken sandwich make sure the chicken is spicy Wendy's is still number one. Dietary restrictions: There should be other options of rice for those you can't have or those who want a healthier option whether Brown rice or just keenwa but you don't offer that so I'll keep going to Qdoba
I received the most delightful service from RJ today. He made my frozen strawberry lemonade with a smile and cheer. He was friendly with a positive attitude. I appreciate his positivity towards myself, AND to his peers. What a great way to make customers feel welcomed at Panera Bread. Thank you!
I went there Saturday, November 12 to eat in. The basket on top of the counter filled with bread where they hand you your meal, ugh! roach crawling around it. I quietly tried to informed the person who was making sandwiches right there near the basket and nothing was done. As I was walking toward the cashier I asked the young lady to speak with manager. She asked why and I told her. She walked to the basket and walked away. Still nothing was done.
Solid Panera bread however can be very busy, like crazy busy during lunch periods. I think the kitchen is set up kind of weird to make it hard to complete orders so just know that if you go during prime time you may have to wait a bit for your food, even if you order ahead but it will still be the correct temperature and delicious when you pick it up.
I order the same breakfast everyday for rapid pick-up and it's either late or it's missing something. Last week it was the sausage patty then my extra egg the day after. Today it's the garlic aoli. 6 days a week the same order and it may be right 3 times.
