Panera Bread

The sausage on the breakfast sandwich was super cold. Most of the food was warm and burnt at the same time. The flatbread pizzas are definitely a hit though. Will go back for those. And the frozen coffee is amazing and I dont even like coffee but this was a hit. The mac n cheese was watery and didnt taste like anything. Noodles were super overcooked and soggy. I dont think this place is worth the price. The food is just ok

Normally we get fresh sides. Unusual for Panera to have food that has expired shelf life. We noticed it based on the taste and flipped it over to check. No manager was available in the store. I was able to get a freshly made side which tasted very fresh.

Nice place for hangouts. Food is decent as usual. Lots of parking areas available. Parking: More parking is available. Its a plaza.

I came in to pick up a latte order for my coworker so I decided to place a latte order for myself while I was there. I waited just a tiny bit longer than average, not a big deal, I’m a very patience person and didn’t have anywhere I really needed to be. The guy who took my order noticed I was still waiting for my latte and basically offered me a free pastry for waiting. Completely unnecessary but I won’t say no to a free cookie! Very nice staff, I highly recommend.

I love Panera bread, so far I am never disappointed with the food here. Order is always ready on time, perfectly packed and they have got amazing dessert/bakery items which is delicious, perfectly sweet and soft. The best part of deserts here are they are never too sweet nor too much icing, It is just the perfect amount. The soup and sandwich is perfect Coffee here is always refreshing. *Plenty of parking space.

Disappointed that the quality has gone down hill. This is the 3rd time we’ve attempted to eat at this location and within the day felt stomach sick. Their lettuce is not good, the salads seem to always have the same effect on the whole family. Also they don’t know how to portion correctly as it’s horribly inconsistent.

I noticed I left my phone in the store. When I returned, the store was closed. However, staff were still in the building. I knocked on the window to get their attention there were 2, one small blonde and another with red extensions in her braids. They looked at me knocking, mouthing that I left my phone. The blonde told the other to ignore me I read her lips. Finally, a young man came from behind the counter to the door and was able to tell him I left my phone and where I was sitting. He went and retrieved my phone...the blonde smirked. She actually smirked! She is an unfortunate person and the store is less than unfortunate having her a staff member!

I would like to take a moment to state that discrimination in any form should be considered unacceptable. As a DoorDash driver, connecting tens of restaurants to hundreds of customers, it is gut wrenching feeling to be openly accused of the act of stealing in front of the unassuming public. I will make it a point not to visit this establishment until I can get a sincere apology from the management of this building. So sad ...

I rec'd an e mail on August 22 to rteveive 1 free bagel for 7 days. The first 4 days were fine, I forgot 2 days. I went in today to receive one, gave my ph# and rude woman just kept saying, you have no rewards over n over. This was my final day to receive one, but she would not give it to me. It wasn't worth an argument, so I left. She was so rude!
