Panera Bread

This was the worst Panera I've ever been to! Lemme preface this by saying that every worker I had contact with was respectful. However, the restaurant was filthy, paper on the floor, dishes hadn't been bussed and tables were in dissaray. There were numerous workers standing around having loud conversations and laughing. Someone should have been in the dining area cleaning instead of loitering behind the counter. I have a certain expectation when I go into Panera and this was definitely not it! The manager on duty did not have the respect of the workers.

Panera Bread, I’ve been eating here for over 12 years, everything here is good, salads, pasta & soups, sandwiches, breads, pastries, it looks Italian, it tastes Italian, but you’ll find authentic Panera Bread dishes, friendly staff, quality, fresh, and the delicious foods are delicious. Everybody knows Panera Bread, but if you don’t know Panera Bread, you owe it to yourself, family and friendship, stop by, you’ll be glad you did. Neil I Owen Show House LC

Came here for a late dinner earlier this week, around 7pm. The restaurant was almost dead but it took almost half an hour for our food to come out. The tables around us stayed dirty the entire time we were there We orded two hot sandwiches and a cookie. Both sandwiches came out completely cold and unmelted and we never got our cookie. We couldn't even find anyone to talk to about our meal... The quality of Panera's food has gone downhill in the last 5 years or so and this experience doesn't make me want to keep trying.

The pizza was out of the site it was so delicious the crust with crunchy and for the sauce, it was zesty and delicious And a salad unique but it was very good.

Great service! The workers, especially Eric, went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were completely satisfied with our order! We had went through the drive through but then decided to come in and wait for the food, when we walked in he immediately offered us a pastry for the wait. Such a thoughtful thing to do and very much appreciated. I'd definitely recommend coming here to anyone.

Used the drive through for a quick breakfast. They did not disappoint! The order was correct and very quick. The food was the expected quality level that Panera is known for. I love their breakfast options. They also have great lunch, and dinner options, but I stopped at this location for breakfast due to being in the area. Panera Bread is great and I would recommend them to all and if in the area, I would definitely use them!

Consistently mediocre service. I have never gotten an order here that's correct. My coworkers and I keep giving them chances but end up calling and speaking to managers every time. It's not hard to mess up people's orders because they are NEVER in a hurry, so I know it's just a lack of attention. I hope they improve because I love panera and want to enjoy soup without a fork.

We waited 45 minutes for a souffle, sausage egg and cheese biscuit and an 2 iced lattes. Right when we went to ask about our order she was like oh..yeah we're sold out of the souffle! And we asked for a refund on the souffle because we were running late for an appointment and didn't have time to wait. and the manager came over with an attitude and said "I'm going to need the card for the refund." She brought the card back and I said I still haven't received my iced latte. And she looked at my sister's iced latte and said oh that's supposed to be yours. I told her no, that one is hers. We both ordered one and I have not received mine. She continued to have an attitude and she left to go and get my coffee. The wait staff was awesome but the manager was horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would . She didn't even say sorry or anything. She should have refunded the entire order. I understand things happen, I am a manager and have been in the customer service industry for years. This was a VERY bad experience.

Went through the drive thru and had to correct the lady 3 times on what drink I had ordered. I even explained what color the drink was suppose to be and they still gave me the wrong drink to where I gave up on correcting them because it took so long to correct it each time. Either they fail to communicate with the patrons on what they have and don't have, or they don't know their own menu items. To top it off, they completely forgot there was another drink with the order, which was the wrong size, lengthen our already extended waiting time. Not a very organized or professional location to go to.
